My daughter bought a car from them correction it has been about a month. They sold this Chevy Malibu to her and knew the transmission was going out. This is how you do people that work hard for their money. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go to these shady people. How would you like someone to do your family like that ? When I first went to this place I asked a question. Do you fix cars. They said yes. Well this is what I got back in 50 days. Nothing had to rent a car. I've never been in a rental car for 50 days. Sorry, 52 days nevertheless, pass by this place. Don't even take your bicycle to be fixed at this so-called business. I will be filing with BBB about this company something is shady about it

2014 Nissan Maxima was purchased on February 3, 2025 I went to the revenue department to get paper tags and came out and the car wouldn’t move out of park the office manager came to get me and he took my car back to the dealership Chad the owner has lied about fixing my car I had to threaten to call the police because no one supposedly one where my car was but magically it was said to be fixed February 20th it most definitely was not and it’s worse my heat isn’t working and it was when they had it my steering wheel is hard to turn it’s horrible I wouldn’t recommend this dealership to my worst enemy

Terrible experience here, do NOT buy a car here. We went here in search of something reliable, we were promised that the 2014 Dodge Avenger was mechanically sound and will get me to and from work. Within a week the check engine light was on, the radio didn’t work, every tire was leaking air, and there were some electrical issues. We called Tony and he said he’d put it in the shop and get it right. They had it for a whole month, said they put all new tires on it and that they would pay that months of car payment due to the long wait. When we finally got the car back the tires were the same exact tires we dropped it off with, nothing was fixed, and then they got shady and refused to pay the month payment or for new tires like promised. It then also took over a month to get the title. We have spent over 4000 so far trying to get this car right and we’re still having issues. Big rock does not care, and is incredibly dishonest. Worst car sales place I’ve ever experienced.

Horrible service. Bought my car from North Side Whole Sale for it to screw up within 5 months of having it. Don’t recommend them either*** This place had my car for ONE DAY, said that it drove fine for them. Picked it up after being told to basically drive it until it messes up and call them back. Mind u I have 3 littles, and this car shakes randomly and feel like it could fall apart when going over 35 MPH. Well, needless to say it messed up AGAIN and no one answered and they only seemed to care about charging me a $60 fee to diagnose. Horrible company and rude people especially Rebecca & Chris. I’ll take my business to Weber 🙂
